The Vision

Step 1:             Overview/Build Our Base

• Begin creating the web of light by connecting Indigos, light workers, healers, empaths/sensitives, mystics, Crystals, and anyone else who feels called to serve this movement and help fulfill the Divine Plan in this way. Really it is only an extension of what you all have already been doing. As you join this movement, we will list you in the online One Light Server Directory so that we will all become more easily accessible to one another. You can provide as much or as little contact information as you wish and please also feel free to provide weblinks to the good work you've already been involved in. Feel free to solicit your work here, as it is all related to the higher good.

 

• We hope that this base will, in time, become the foundation for a larger, mainstream movement, which when completed, we will have created collectively. You will be among the leadership of this movement. The foundation. We must be certain this movement is grounded in Spirit.

 

• It is also our hope that by coming together and anchoring our light and intention, that we may help to subvert the worst of the great transition and bring us into closer alignment and harmony.

Step 2:             Explore and Assign Roles Geared Towards the Coming Mainstream Movement

• At this point we are still exploring needed roles together and envisioning what it might take to create a larger mainstream movement and also what ultimately these self sustaining communities might look like. In essence we are still dreaming and exploring together. We continue to invite new people who wish to help this movement into both the larger online community and also the smaller community circles that are meeting in person.

• Based on the level of commitment and service you feel comfortable providing and what your interests are for serving, we hope that you will volunteer for a specific role in this movement. That role is flexible and may shift if you decide you’d like to serve in another capacity. We don’t want people to feel “stuck in a box.”  This is about creativity, freedom, movement, and the “elevation” of humanity. Everyone should grow and feel nurtured during this experience as much as possible considering the difficult realities of today. Areas of service are always up for expansion. Again, we simply offer a framework. This is about collaboration in the deepest sense.
  

Step 3:             Create Teams/Begin Meeting

• Using Internet based technology we will all need to begin convening over the assignments we’ve taken on. Most of these assignments will consist of One Light Servers working together in teams. We understand the realities of holding down a job, taking care of a family, or being a full time student so the need for collaborative teams is essential.

• Ideas consist of utilizing chat rooms, group sites (such as Yahoo Groups), different “messenger” programs, and conference calls as a means of convening. The idea being to keep this low or no cost. If you find that there are others who live near you, in person is always the best way to go.

• We do also have tested models we suggest be used during such meetings or convening’s, even online. The models will be laid out in more detail on the “Models of Collaboration” page. Essentially each meeting should begin with an opening practice or meditation to align all the energies. Each One Light Server should take turns providing this opening so that all the wisdom and faith traditions in the circle can share with one another. The meetings will be convened with the idea of being in a circle and inspired by the Quaker style of convening. Each One Light Server will take turns speaking into the center of the circle (or imagined circle if online) and not directly to each other or at each other. This prevents everyone from feeling invalidated and allows each person to help shape the final solution or task that you all agree upon. Ego’s must be left at the door and your hearts brought in. Again, a closing practice or meditation should be offered. Anything that aligns one with Spirit. It could be a song, spiritual poem, ritual, story, etc…

 

Step 4:             The Mainstream Movement

• Once we have completed our planning goals, expanded website, research of needed roles and resources for new community development, and have all our foundational resources in place, etc…we will then be ready to push this out to the mainstream. And since we will have been doing everything successfully together that we will now be asking them to do, we will have some pretty strong reinforcement and modeling to showcase. Because of the timing and the mystery involved in this great unfoldment, it is imperative that we remain very flexible from this point on in what Spirit guides us to do. This of course, will also be discussed and decided as a collective.

 

• The goal of the larger mainstream movement is to help widen the network and local community support. Our overall goal is to create “communities of light” by building refuge sites for those in need in the upcoming three and ½ years. As more and more people become homeless or in need due to the falling away of old structures that no longer serve us (as they must to birth something new) we will need sustainable refuges, places of support and faith, to help our fellow brothers and sisters through this radical time of transformation. Many new roles will need to be filled by survivalists, tradespeople, engineers, medical practitioners, to name just a few.

 

• These communities of course will develop gradually, as more and more people from the local community begin to gather at these local level circles. These local level circles will be convened in the same manner in which our planning meetings or convening’s had been conducted, so that way Spirit continues to be at the center and everyone continues to remain heard and honored. We simply extend the process out into the community by assigning Circle Conveners. Please note that there is a special screening process for those who wish to serve in this capacity. We have to make sure, before referring people to you or anyone, that they are operating more out of the heart than the ego. But we promise you that it is not a difficult process if your heart is in the right place and you can set aside your own ideas, goals, and opinions enough to honor and nurture the collective process. Circle Conveners are merely facilitators and space holders, they do not govern or make rules, they simply help hold the space so that the collective solution can arise naturally.

 

Step 5:             Create Sustainable and Collaborative “Communities of Light” or    Refuges with Spirit at the Center

• Much in the same way that we began, by utilizing each other to create this movement, we will utilize the skills and insights of the others that begin to join us to begin envisioning these new communities. Each community may have a different vision, and that’s perfectly fine as long as God or Spirit is at the center and it was a collaborative decision. We truly believe you’ll see some people donating some miraculous things. We also believe that by this point in time, many more people will be awakened by the continued revelations of truth that they can no longer deny.

 

• By “sustainable” we mean “green” alternative energy and the ability to grow/produce food for these communities. And also sustainable in the sense that we create a model that is also good for the soul.

Please remember that this is just a draft plan and will not be finalized until we have input from many of you. This is a collaborative effort after all and we must realize our potential, our being, our true human potential, and co-create this together. This is the test of our time and the calling of a lifetime!
